How I Got Started

It was the summer of 1988. I had recently graduated from high school and found myself in a dead end job. I
worked all day, and did office cleaning at night. A woman that cleaned my parents house knew I did office
cleaning and offered me a deal. She was cleaning 3 offices and wanted to give them up. All I had to do
was register a business and get insurance and the accounts were mine!
I remember driving to the accounts for the first time. I was so nervous and they were located 40 minutes
from my house. I got lost and almost gave up, but I finally found them (they were all together in one
complex) and got started.
Since then I have tried and done it all! House cleaning, pressure washing, floor strip/wax, carpet cleaning,
window washing, you name it, I have cleaned it! I also got sidetracked in real estate, house flipping,
independent sales, etc. Over the years I have found one thing to be steady, consistent & profitable-
office cleaning, and that’s what we do!
I am in business because someone helped me get started. It is my passion to help other people start and
